She has been working with the pediatric population since 1997 treating various diagnoses that include Autism, 脑瘫, 唐氏综合症, 发育迟缓, 遗传疾病, 早产, 学习障碍, 等. Tina has worked in various settings that include the Broward County School system, 家庭健康, 门诊设置, rehabilitation hospitals, 急症护理, 还有养老院. The philosophy of 游泳学院 is to promote aquatic awareness and water safety by giving each child a foundation of skills that will foster a lifelong love of the water. Our approach is unique in that it is completely “child centered” as opposed to “skill oriented.” This means that while the goal for each child is to become “watersafe” and confident in the water, we individualize each lesson to progress at the child’s own readiness. This method develops swimmers who are both confident and enthusiastic in the water! Our programs begin as early as six months old and the programs are designed to work with all ages up until high school.
